Installation & Water Disclaimer
Please review the following information regarding frameless shower enclosures, installation procedures, and existing bathroom surface conditions before installation.
Water Protection
Frameless and semi-frameless shower enclosures are designed to reduce water escape, but they are not fully waterproof systems. Gentlemen Installers cannot guarantee that water will never exit the enclosure through gaps, openings, or during normal door operation.
Direct water spray aimed toward door seams, gaps, or openings may result in water escaping the enclosure. Minor splashing can also occur when opening or closing the shower door.
Bathroom Surface Conditions
Our installation team works carefully and professionally in every home. However, customers should understand the risks associated with existing tile, stone, and wall materials during installation or removal work.
Gentlemen Installers is not responsible for pre-existing issues, weak tile adhesion, hidden damage, or structural concerns behind walls or tile surfaces.
While every precaution is taken during installation, drilling into tile, marble, stone, or other finished surfaces may occasionally result in cracking, chipping, or material damage beyond our control.
If an existing shower enclosure is being removed, Gentlemen Installers cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the condition, age, or installation method of the previous unit.
Removal of older hardware may expose previous drill holes, silicone lines, discoloration, fading, or unfinished areas that could remain visible after the new enclosure is installed.
If surrounding materials are damaged during installation due to underlying conditions or fragile surfaces, work may be paused until repairs are completed. This helps ensure the shower enclosure can be installed safely and properly for the best final result.
